Top SchoolMartin Brooksbank is a pragmatic technology leader and CTO with 11 years of hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native, blockchain and web systems from Calderdale, UK. He scaled teams and delivery as co-founder of BossLabs and built end-to-end infrastructure and CI/CD practices across roles from Senior DevOps to Senior Web Developer, specialising in Terraform, Kubernetes and multi-cloud deployments. At ubloquity he now combines distributed ledger expertise with a product-minded, security-first approach to manage immutable-asset solutions for provenance and identity. Known for a "get it right first time" ethos, he pairs practical automation and monitoring with a knack for simplifying complex operational puzzles. Despite a focus on enterprise systems, his background also includes bespoke web and hosting services, reflecting a rare blend of startup grit and infrastructure depth.
