Czechia
Summary
👤
SeniorMartin Čurlej is a Principal Software Engineer and seasoned DevOps leader with nine years of focused experience building and shipping infrastructure for RHEL and Fedora at Red Hat. He has driven product vision and delivery for core packaging and modularity efforts (DNF, RPM, Modularity) while leading cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, Python-based tooling, RPM packaging and container automation. Comfortable toggling between hands-on debugging of build failures and strategic product ownership, he now leads an RH AI DevOps delivery squad delivering pipelines and production-ready artifacts. His background spans systems engineering, security compliance, and full-stack web development across companies from IBM to HP, giving him a rare blend of deep platform expertise and product-minded leadership. Colleagues value him for systematically turning complex stakeholder requirements into pragmatic MVPs and for quietly improving release reliability behind the scenes.
