Top SchoolMartin Dell is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of Kyero.com, the leading international property portal in Spain built on data-driven market insights and a fully remote European team. With 14+ years of experience scaling digital marketplaces and a background in sales and network hardware, he bootstrapped Kyero to operational profit in its first year through focused SEO, localization and early cloud adoption. Passionate about the intersection of proptech, fintech, blockchain and social impact, he embeds philanthropy into business—donating 1% of Kyero’s profits to Habitat for Humanity. Based in Bath, England, Martin blends marketing savvy with practical technical curiosity (experimenting with HomeAssistant and GPU rental on Vast.ai), and seeks collaborators who aim to do well and do good.
