Top SchoolMartin Douděra is a seasoned Android engineer and founder with 12 years of experience building mobile products from thesis prototypes to global scale. He created Cash Reader, an award-winning accessibility app with 500k+ downloads that recognizes banknotes across 120+ currencies and cultivated a worldwide blind beta-tester community. Martin has driven architecture and performance at massive scale—building a Kotlin Multiplatform ad SDK and optimizing apps for tens of millions of concurrent viewers at JioCinema/JioHotstar. He blends deep hands-on expertise (KMP, ANR resolution, custom dev tools) with product ownership across deployment and scaling. Based in Brno with a master’s degree from VUT, he brings a practical accessibility-first perspective that’s informed by both startup grit and enterprise-grade engineering.
