Martin Doyle
Web Operations Lead
Maidenhead, England, United Kingdom
Summary
👤
SeniorMartin Doyle is a Web Operations Lead with 11 years of experience delivering frontend-first platforms and unblocking longstanding technical bottlenecks across finance and high-growth product teams. He combines hands-on engineering with principal-level architectural judgment, having led greenfield back-office and risk platforms, introduced GraphQL where it previously failed, and driven developer experience improvements that measurably speed delivery. Comfortable moving between product, UX and security, he architects pragmatic migration strategies for fragmented legacy domains while establishing standards and ownership that scale. A daily user of AI-assisted coding tools, he leverages Copilot, Cursor and Claude to accelerate iteration without sacrificing rigorous review. Colleagues rely on him to turn stalled programmes into adopted platforms—his Nutmeg operations platform is now rolling out across business pillars and considered for white-labelling. Outside work he brings a design-minded perspective from UX and a long-running commitment to ensemble singing and graphic design.
