Top SchoolMartin Fredriksson is a Principal Software Engineer and systems architect based in Gothenburg with 11 years of professional software experience and a multi-decade background in technical leadership and product development. He has guided architecture and delivery across roles from CTO/CEO of a consultancy to competence unit manager and now principal engineer at Nexer Group, driving modernization efforts, BI and business systems, cloud migrations, and full-stack development. Comfortable in both hands-on development (C++, .NET, React, Azure) and strategic architecture, he excels at extracting reusable SDKs and turning legacy desktop systems into maintainable, cloud-aware platforms. An independent researcher and epistemic systems architect, he brings a curiosity-driven approach—having built projects like Sky Omega—and a practical mindset shaped by early embedded and fieldwork experience that surfaces in pragmatic, cross-disciplinary solutions.
