Senior🎓
Top SchoolMartin Halford is a technology-led CEO and serial CTO with over 25 years of engineering and leadership experience, currently serving as Interim CEO and CTO at Polymath from Edinburgh. He has a strong track record of founding and scaling blockchain and smart contract ventures—co-founding beNEXT.io and Cargo Amigo, leading crypto-enabled products at MANTRA and AgriChain, and contributing substantial Rust and Node.js code to the Accord Project. Martin combines hands-on engineering (Solidity, Rust, full-stack web) with large-scale delivery experience, having built development centres and grown teams to 250+ engineers while running 24/7 production services. He is comfortable moving between strategy and implementation, from ICO execution and token engineering to regulator-friendly financial platforms. An owner-operator who often steps into interim CEO/CTO roles, he pairs commercial pragmatism with deep technical fluency in blockchain integrations for real-world business processes.
