Senior🎓
Top SchoolMartin Kilarski is a Lead Full Stack Developer based in Amsterdam with nine years of hands-on experience building fast, conversion-focused web apps and component-based platforms for enterprise and agency clients. He blends front-end performance engineering (Core Web Vitals, AMP, HTTP/2) with back-end integrations (OAuth2, payment gateways, Laravel, Node.js) and a pragmatic SEO/analytics-driven approach to increase conversion rates. At o9 Solutions he leads feature experimentation, A/B testing and security improvements for large supply-chain customers, while earlier roles show a track record of launching high-performing sites, standardising component libraries and mentoring teams. Comfortable managing servers, CDNs and analytics stacks, he pairs technical depth with a business-first mindset developed through product ownership and digital sales leadership. A lifelong learner by disposition, Martin often converts audit-driven insights into measurable UX and performance gains that quietly boost revenue.
