Top SchoolMartin Peña is a Senior Software Engineer based in Bogotá with eight years of professional experience specializing in Ruby on Rails and Python full‑stack development. He combines hands-on engineering—APIs, React front-ends, DevOps and deployment—with business management acumen from a BBA background, allowing him to bridge product and technical priorities effectively. Martin has a track record of shipping production features and integrations for mobile clients, building tooling like rake tasks, and working closely with QA in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Notable strengths include rapid learnability and fluency across languages and infrastructure (C, JavaScript, SQL, Nginx, Bash), which he leverages to pick up new stacks quickly. Currently contributing at Fulcrum and DevSavant after senior roles at Globant and Picap, he brings a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach that pairs curious problem-solving with operational discipline.
