Top SchoolMartin Pöhlmann is a Solution Architect specializing in container platforms and Kubernetes with 14 years of hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native infrastructure. Currently building a "Namespace as a Service" Kubernetes platform for Munich Re, he combines deep DevOps craftsmanship with enterprise-grade security and compliance know-how from previous roles driving ISO/TISAX readiness. His background spans full lifecycle delivery—from migrating legacy CI systems to GitLab CI and automating Docker services on GCP to introducing osquery-based device compliance—and he often acts as the bridge between developers and operations. A former lead on major reinsurance projects and longtime advocate for clean code and fast developer feedback, he pairs practical engineering with a consultant’s focus on measurable outcomes.
