Top SchoolMartin Rodriguez is an experienced software engineer and independent contractor from Montevideo with 11 years building high-performance web and backend systems across Ruby on Rails, .NET Core, JavaScript, and Elixir. He has repeatedly led architecture, migration and CI/CD efforts—partitioning monoliths into reusable gems, standardizing REST APIs, and introducing automated testing and Gitflow to speed delivery and reduce risk. Martin combines hands-on implementation (e.g., a .NET Core proxy to OSIsoft PI and Hangfire job scheduling) with team coaching and mentorship, having coached multiple teams in Rails, JavaScript and best practices. His background spans startups, consultancy and senior engineering roles, and he pairs academic depth (MS from Georgia Tech) with practical, client-facing product delivery. Notably, he often focuses on developer experience and repeatability—establishing API templates, deployment pipelines and reusable libraries that keep projects on time and within budget.
