Martin Stabenfeldt
Manager Product & Development at IMI Supply Chain Solutions (Norway)
Oslo, Norway
Summary
👤
SeniorMartin Stabenfeldt is a product and development leader with 14 years of hands-on software and cloud experience, now managing the IMI Flow product across Norway, Sweden, and Poland. He blends startup founder grit with enterprise delivery discipline, having scaled teams from single consultants to cross-functional groups of 20+ and led cloud-native platform work at Telenor. Martin favors data-driven decisions, trunk-based development, and rapid user feedback to validate hypotheses and reduce time-to-value. His background spans full-stack engineering, DevOps and infrastructure as code across AWS, GCP and Azure, and he’s shipped production Go, Rails and serverless systems. Notably, he couples strategic roadmapping with deep technical execution—translating complex supply-chain requirements into predictable, scalable delivery processes. Outside work he’s a software craftsman who also finds clarity on mountain bike trails with his family.
