Top SchoolMartin Stepanek is a Senior SEO Specialist and technical SEO/web performance consultant with 9+ years of hands-on experience in web development and over a decade working on site architecture and performance optimization. He founded VitalSentinel to unify RUM, Core Web Vitals, synthetic testing, indexing monitoring and privacy-first analytics into a single affordable dashboard, personally designing systems and using AI as a code multiplier. Martin transitioned fully to technical SEO in 2021 and has since helped companies improve revenue through better crawlability, indexability and user experience while publishing a newsletter for marketing and business audiences. Based in Brno, he combines deep frontend engineering roots with practical SEO leadership at Atlas Copco and freelance work under TechSEO Vitals, making him equally fluent in implementation and strategic technical audits. An underrated strength is his focus on pragmatic tooling—building the monitoring stack he wished existed to turn complex site health signals into actionable fixes.
