Top SchoolMarty Strong is a Principal Network Therapist with 13 years of experience in network reliability and operational troubleshooting, currently helping networks "get together" at Cloudflare in London. His background spans hands-on roles from tracing packet loss and reading logs to shaping longer-term plans at Meta and modernizing documentation at TikTok, reflecting a mix of deep technical troubleshooting and pragmatic communication. Marty combines a BSc in Software Engineering with a knack for translating messy operational problems into actionable fixes, and he’s as comfortable negotiating with carriers as he is coaching teams through outages. Quirky past roles—like improving homes for spiders—hint at a creative, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and infrastructure hygiene.
