Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarvin Kweyu is a Senior Platform and Backend Engineer with eight years building scalable, multi-tenant SaaS and IaaS systems from Nairobi. He has driven end-to-end product delivery across travel-tech, logistics, security and agri-finance—shipping features like OTA property syncs, real-time order tracking, cross-platform WebRTC CTI apps, and centralized auditing for third-party integrations. Comfortable across cloud-native backends, containerization, and performant front-ends, Marvin pairs technical ownership with product-oriented engineering, breaking work into user stories and measurable milestones. His work on geospatial and camera-driven security products reduced load times and improved adoption in government and parastatal customers, while his MEL and farmer-finance systems increased transparency in large-scale agriculture. Artistically inclined yet scientifically drawn, he combines creative problem-solving with rigorous research-methods training to deliver auditable, production-ready systems.
