Top SchoolMasen Marshall is a Principal Customer Reliability Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience tuning databases, running production Linux systems, and shipping resilient cloud services. He blends deep operational expertise—from root cause analysis and systems administration to Python-driven tooling—with program management experience at Amazon that sharpens cross-team delivery. Masen has a startup mindset honed at Wickr and ObjectRocket where he moved between engineering, product, and ops roles, routinely building proofs-of-concept and fixing thorny infrastructure problems. Known as a pragmatic hacker and eternal editor, he thrives on making complex systems behave like they used to while helping teams adopt repeatable practices. An unusual strength is his comfort switching between strategic advisory work and low-level engineering details, enabling both fast fixes and long-term reliability improvements.
