Top SchoolMason Lane is a Senior Full-Stack Developer with six years of experience designing and operating distributed web applications, currently modernizing digital insurance platforms at The Co-operators. He spans front-end and back-end work—shipping ASP.NET Core, React/TypeScript, and microservice solutions—and has driven multi-million-dollar savings through tooling and application improvements. Mason led a team migration to GitHub and automated CI/CD with Actions while mentoring engineers on TDD and code-review culture. His background includes refactoring monoliths into test-driven .NET services at a SaaS startup, building React component libraries, and developing embedded and cloud tooling for autonomous agriculture systems. Based in Regina, Saskatchewan, he combines practical operational savvy (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, PowerShell) with a habit of proving concepts—like a TypeScript React POC—to influence architecture and delivery decisions.
