Senior🎓
Top SchoolMassimo Chiarillo is a software developer with 11 years of experience, currently building features at Hootsuite while also founding Coste360.it, a portal for monitoring and protecting Italy’s coasts. He has a background in high-traffic consumer and adtech platforms, having shipped products at Skuola.net, AdEspresso and through Hootsuite after acquisition. Massimo combines hands-on engineering with product sensibility—his work spans from scalable user-facing systems to revenue-oriented tooling. He has experience advising and investing in startups (BreadcrumbsIO/Y Combinator, Dedalo AI) with interests in climate tech and sustainable software. Based in Turin, he prefers direct developer conversations and explicitly opts out of recruitment outreach. Colleagues describe him as practical, mission-focused, and comfortable taking ideas from prototype to production.
