Top SchoolMassimo Gengarelli is a Senior DevOps Engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native platforms and automation for large enterprise projects, now focused on delivering on-premise Kubernetes-based cloud management at Questel. He has a strong background as a technical leader and architect from multiple roles at ALTEN, where he led the CloudNative tribe, shaped DevOps best practices, and translated architectures into repeatable automation that lets developers ship quality code. Comfortable across infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform engineering, he repeatedly bridges the gap between architects and delivery teams to produce pragmatic, maintainable systems. Early experience in distributed C++ systems and legacy platforms gives him a practical appreciation for modernizing complex stacks without disrupting operations. Based in the Greater Nice area, he pairs methodical engineering with hands-on implementation and a knack for making cloud-native tooling work on-premise.
