Senior🎓
Top SchoolMassimo Zambelli is a Senior Software Engineer and founder with 11 years of experience building and leading frontend teams and architecture initiatives from Paris. He has combined hands-on TypeScript/React expertise with leadership at Hotjar/Contentsquare—driving large stack merges, design system creation, and mentoring engineers into senior roles—and now balances a senior engineering role at Circle with running GearTracker, a SaaS startup for regulated equipment inspections. Comfortable moving between individual contribution and technical leadership, he has deep experience in frontend platform tooling, CI/CD migrations, and unifying disparate monorepos and micro-frontends. Massimo’s background includes building design systems from scratch, shipping cross-app product improvements, and early-stage CTO experience, reflecting both product-minded engineering and entrepreneurial grit.
