Top SchoolMat Gallacher is a Technical Lead with over a decade of hands-on experience and a 25-year software career focused on building cross-platform mobile, web and desktop applications using Flutter and Xamarin. He has led migrations from Xamarin to Flutter for enterprise clients, designed offline-first mobile solutions with Firebase, and introduced TDD/BDD and DevOps practices to improve quality and release automation. Comfortable owning full app lifecycles—from architecture and UX collaboration to app-store releases—he’s repeatedly delivered greenfield and redevelopment projects under tight timelines, including an IVF patient app launched as an MVP in under six months. Based in the Greater Derby Area, he combines pragmatic engineering with a user-centered approach that prioritizes enterprise usability, and uniquely pairs deep legacy-system modernization experience with modern Flutter tooling.
