Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMat Nuckowski is a Mobile Engineering Team Lead and serial founder with 12 years of cross-disciplinary experience blending product design, entrepreneurship and native mobile engineering. After building and scaling creative agencies and a VR-tours business in Poland for major brands, he pivoted to iOS/tvOS development in New Zealand and now leads teams and architectures for mobile apps that incorporate AI-driven flows. Skilled in Objective‑C, Swift and Dart, he pairs 15 years of design expertise with hands‑on engineering to deliver intuitive, maintainable app experiences and has repeatedly owned end-to-end delivery from MVP to team hiring. Equally comfortable as a sole engineer architecting an AI-enabled iOS MVP or as a co-founder launching health-tech and e-commerce ventures, he brings an operator’s mindset to product decisions. Outside work he explores New Zealand with his family and pursues stand-up paddle boarding, a hobby that mirrors his preference for steady balance between design, code and leadership.
