🤩
RockstarMatan Cohen-Abravanel is a software architect with 11 years of experience designing and scaling payment platforms, currently leading org-wide payments and platform architecture at Melio. He progressed internally from senior backend engineer to principal architect, driving microservices transitions, bank integrations, and orchestration tooling that support dozens of engineers across multiple teams. Early-stage founder and mobile/IoT developer, he brings product-first thinking from startups like Dateling and Memoria to complex payments infrastructure challenges. Hands-on across backend, mobile, and infrastructure, he pairs pragmatic engineering with systems-level strategy to move risky payment flows into reliable production. A New York–based technologist with a background shipping top-ranked consumer apps and embedded healthcare solutions, he combines growth-stage scaling experience with deep payments domain knowledge.
