Top SchoolMatan Golan is a seasoned technology leader and CTO based in Tel Aviv with nine years of experience building scalable, production-proven systems across AdTech, security, and consumer mobile. He combines hands-on full‑stack engineering (Java, Scala, Python, JS) with architecture and team leadership, having scaled products at Visually.io, Adika, Innovid, and as co‑founder/CTO of a dating app serving ~450k users. Comfortable across real-time systems, NoSQL stores (ElasticSearch, HBase, MongoDB) and mobile backends, he favors clean architectures and pragmatic, can‑do execution. Matan’s background includes building an indoor location system and teaching software development, evidence of both deep technical curiosity and an ability to communicate complex ideas. He is equally at home shipping code and shaping engineering orgs, with a track record of turning ambiguous problems into scalable, maintainable solutions.
