Senior🎓
Top SchoolMateus Ferreira is a Systems Architect and full‑stack engineer with 9 years of experience designing and modernizing scalable web platforms, monitoring dashboards, and SaaS products. He specializes in performance optimization and pragmatic architecture—recently cutting dashboard load times from 20s to 0.2s while leading a cross‑functional team and shipping Kubernetes‑backed CI/CD pipelines. Mateus drives engineering maturity by introducing testing cultures (Playwright, Vitest), robust component libraries, and automated feedback loops that tie customers directly to JIRA workflows. He balances developer productivity with operational rigor, favoring maintainable patterns over trendy frameworks and applying state machines, GraphQL/BFFs, and queueing where they meaningfully reduce risk. Beyond hands‑on delivery, he runs technical roadmaps and program increment planning, and has presented solutions internationally to support business growth. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he’s equally comfortable rebuilding legacy systems under pressure and coaching teams to sustain long‑term engineering outcomes.
