Top SchoolMateus Lustosa is a Principal Engineer from Paraíba, Brazil with 10 years of full-stack experience building web and mobile products using Node.js, React, React Native and Android. He has progressed from hands-on development to technical leadership at companies like Moises and Music AI, where he now shapes architecture and delivery across backend and frontend platforms. His background spans backend systems, blockchain-related authentication work, Unity3D extensions, and mobile apps, giving him a rare cross-domain fluency between audio/music tech and platform engineering. Mateus frequently moves between coding and leading teams, having served as tech lead and back-end team leader while still shipping production features. He pairs a federal computer science education with a pragmatic, product-focused approach and a history of tackling accessibility and multimedia projects early in his career.
