Senior🎓
Top SchoolMateusz Bartos is a multidisciplinary engineer blending 11 years of hands-on software development—specializing in Android and Kotlin with recent iOS extensions via Multi-OS Engine—with a formal background in structural engineering and BIM. He has shipped mobile products in both startup and enterprise contexts, spent two years pitching and iterating in Silicon Valley, and leads teams as a Senior Kotlin developer at X-Team. Comfortable across cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), frontend (Angular/TypeScript), backend Java, and IoT with Raspberry Pi, he pairs full-stack curiosity with practical remote collaboration skills. Mateusz also has leadership experience running a 20+ person non-profit and regularly teaches workshops on technical and soft skills. His unusual combo of mobile cross-platform expertise and recent structural engineering/BIM work lets him bridge software and built-environment projects in ways few developers can. Colleagues note his competitive drive—currently on a five-hackathon winning streak—which fuels rapid prototyping and creative problem solving.
