Senior🎓
Top SchoolMateusz Gachowski is a senior software engineer with 13 years of experience building high-availability fintech, retail, and e‑commerce systems from Poland. He blends backend Node.js and Typescript expertise with Vue 2/3 front‑end architecture and a strong focus on testable, maintainable designs. At Intergiro he drove feature flags and CD adoption, cutting deployment friction and accelerating time‑to‑production by an order of magnitude while also automating routine work with a company-wide bot. As a former system architect and head of development he has led teams, hiring, and developer training while owning CI/CD, containerization, and SSR frameworks. He favors pragmatic, quality-driven solutions that reduce waste and operational risk, and enjoys turning repetitive workflows into automated tools that save teams hours each week. Based in Bielsko-Biała, he continues to deepen cloud-native and distributed-systems skills (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) while shipping product-focused engineering.
