Top SchoolMateusz Kramarczyk is a Principal Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building secure, production-grade systems across embedded, JVM, cloud, and modern systems languages. Currently leading cryptographic engineering and MPC efforts at Copper.co, he blends deep applied cryptography with a practical polyglot skill set that includes Java, Scala, Kotlin, Rust, C++, TypeScript and React. His background spans telecom and travel platforms to enterprise SaaS, enabling him to design resilient distributed systems and cloud-native key management services on AWS. Known for taking on roles that stretch his expertise, he combines low-level embedded instincts with high-level architecture and a curiosity for new cryptographic techniques. Based in Krakow and educated at AGH University, he brings both hands-on implementation savvy and a penchant for translating advanced crypto concepts into operational products.
