Top SchoolMateusz Wiśniowski is an entrepreneurial engineering leader and project manager with 8+ years of experience building and scaling robotics and industrial automation products from prototype to multimillion-euro deployments. As co-founder and CTO of VersaBox (acquired by WDX), he led AMR product architecture and created engineering, implementation and customer success teams that delivered the company’s largest AGV rollout for Bridgestone. He combines deep technical roots (MSc and PhD studies in Robotics) with strategic business training (Executive MBA and international EMBA modules) to bridge product vision and execution. Known for hands-on systems design as well as managing cross-functional integrations after acquisition, he excels at turning complex automation ideas into reliable, deployable systems. Based in Warsaw, he’s open to roles that blend product leadership, deep tech, and operational delivery.
