Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatheus Costa is a Senior Product Designer from São Paulo with 11 years of experience crafting design systems and scalable digital products across fintech, SaaS, and events. He specializes in bridging design and engineering—leading design system strategy, automating token workflows from Figma to GitHub, and publishing components in Storybook to speed implementation. At companies from startups to Morningstar’s MDS core team, he’s driven adoption, accessibility testing with screen readers, and measurable impact (e.g., 56% faster implementation, 87.5% system adoption). A multidisciplinary “maker,” he pairs hands-on front-end experience with design leadership to reduce friction between teams and deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
