Top SchoolMatheus Duarte is an AI Tech Lead with 9 years of experience building production-ready ML and data systems across healthtech, e-commerce, and telecom. He combines hands-on expertise in AWS, LangChain, and scalable microservices with a strong foundation in computer science and applied mathematics to deliver recommendation engines, NLP-driven quality classifiers, and multi-agent conversational assistants. At Zenklub and Conexa he led projects that improved operational efficiency (scheduling optimization that raised productivity by ~25%) and launched Clari, an emotional health assistant integrating advanced ML into clinical workflows. He has deep experience bridging research and production—refactoring AI assistant environments, deploying real-time APIs, and instrumenting model monitoring and A/B testing. Comfortable in cross-functional, international settings, Matheus brings a practical, results-oriented approach and a knack for turning complex ML prototypes into robust products. An unexpected detail: he has applied Monte Carlo methods to legal forecasts and built IoT-integrated sleep-tracking ML systems, reflecting a taste for diverse, high-impact problems.
