Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatheus Souza is a Senior Software Engineer from São Paulo with nine years of experience building high-performance desktop and enterprise systems, currently at Banco Itaú. He has deep expertise in low-latency, real-time platforms—having optimized pricing pipelines for currency exchange integrations using pre-allocated objects and the Disruptor framework—and strong observability skills with AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk. Comfortable across the stack, he’s delivered resilient .NET and React-based services, led migrations to AWS IaaS/Fargate with Terraform, and reduced error rates by 70% through robust integration rewrites. Lately he’s researching AI and prototyping ML projects (notably experimenting with LSTM/GRU layers), bringing a research-minded curiosity to production-grade systems. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic architecture, hands-on delivery, and a persistent drive to learn new languages and patterns.
