Top SchoolMathew Pallan is an experienced technology leader and SVP Technology with over 20 years of expertise in architecting and productionising highly scalable, cloud-agnostic platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem environments. He combines deep systems architecture skills (Java/Scala/Python, Kafka, Cassandra, Flink, Elasticsearch) with hands-on delivery—having scaled learning platforms to millions of daily plays and built IoT/telematics stacks and OTA solutions for EV fleets. Comfortable adopting and industrializing new stacks, he also guides teams through DevOps, stream processing and analytics pipelines to deliver resilient, observable systems. His background spans enterprise banking-grade integrations (EMV, ISO 8583, DUKPT) to modern AI assistants and RAG implementations, reflecting a rare mix of legacy protocol expertise and cutting-edge ML/AI deployment. Based in Bengaluru, he is known for turning complex, high-throughput requirements into pragmatic, production-ready solutions while mentoring teams to sustain them.
