Senior🎓
Top SchoolMathew Thekkekara is a Cyber Security Executive based in Switzerland with a decade of experience transforming complex threats into practical, trustable security outcomes. He blends hands-on technical roots—from OT automation and full‑stack development to Elastic Stack data engineering—with strategic leadership in roles ranging from Head of Observability to Cyber Resilience Lead across the DACH region. As a co-founder and Co‑CEO he has built and scaled training and log‑management businesses, and he now advises organisations at board and CXO levels on managed services, detection, and incident readiness. Mathew has repeatedly bridged engineering and commercial functions, growing teams and professional services while steering partner and enterprise accounts. His MBA from the University of St.Gallen complements technical credentials, enabling him to align cyber strategy with measurable business outcomes. Notably, his background in industrial automation gives him uncommon insight into OT security challenges that many enterprise programs overlook.
