Senior🎓
Top SchoolMathieu Jouhet is a Lead Front-end Engineer based in Paris with 18 years at the crossroads of product, design and engineering and 12 years of focused professional experience in front-end leadership. He drives end-to-end web rewrites and design systems—recently leading a full TypeScript monorepo rewrite at Finary and shaping data‑viz via contributions to Recharts—while balancing craftsmanship and pragmatic delivery. Comfortable moving between Web Components, React/Next.js, and rich text tooling like tiptap, he emphasizes accessibility, UX research and atomic design from past product and founder roles. Mathieu’s background as a designer-founder informs his taste for minimal, sophisticated interfaces and his hands-on approach to developer ergonomics, tooling and styling choices (Vanilla Extract, Stitches, Tailwind).
