Top SchoolMathieu Le Gac is a serial entrepreneur and startup operator with 12+ years of experience building and scaling innovation programs from Nantes. As CEO and founder of Startup Palace he has designed and run 26 acceleration initiatives over six years, supporting around 400 startups and shortening R&D cycles through corporate-startup co-innovation. He also co-founded _icilundi to nurture Nantes’ innovation scene—bringing together nearly 600 entrepreneurs across iconic spaces, events and structured support programs. A hands-on “doer,” Mathieu combines program strategy and team leadership with frequent, direct mentoring of founders, drawing on his own entrepreneurial missteps to help others avoid common pitfalls. He invests early through Premier Étage and has a background running web innovation agencies and cultural projects, showing a rare mix of technical, creative and community-building instincts.
