Senior🎓
Top SchoolMathieu Lemoine is a versatile technology leader and founder based in Paris with 11 years of professional experience and a lifelong habit of coding since 1993. As Co-Founder of La Tour Noire and founder of Kura, he operates as a freelance vCTO helping companies migrate legacy systems, adopt CI/CD, and modernize stacks (notably PHP/Symfony, Docker, AWS). His background spans hands-on backend and frontend engineering, software architecture, and executive CTO roles where he’s led large teams, driven microservices migrations, and built data pipelines with ML-driven conflict resolution. He combines product sensibility and UX/graphic design experience with practical sysadmin and DevOps skills, allowing him to bridge strategy and implementation. Colleagues value his pragmatic approach to reducing technical debt and coaching teams through Agile transformations. Unexpectedly, his creative side extends beyond tech into photography, comics and even leather craft, reflecting a pragmatic maker mentality.
