Senior🎓
Top SchoolMats Iremark is a pragmatic technology leader and CTO with 11 years of experience architecting cloud-native and integration solutions across automotive, manufacturing, and financial sectors. He brings rare breadth in systems integration—having implemented major platforms like BizTalk, Tibco and e-man Connect—paired with hands-on DevOps and cloud expertise building Kubernetes platforms and hybrid cloud architectures. As CTO at Hedin IT he scaled a 140-person organization, led AI adoption initiatives, and elevated engineering practices and employer brand to attract top talent. Known for translating complex enterprise requirements into reliable production systems, he blends strategic leadership with implementation chops and a curiosity that extends to quirky problem-solving (he can solve a Rubik’s cube on camera). Based in Gothenburg, he leverages a strong professional network to accelerate delivery and innovation across teams.
