Top SchoolMatt Bond is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Toronto with 14 years of hands-on experience building and running business-critical systems across startups and scale-ups. He blends SRE/DevOps pragmatism with technical management, having led infrastructure and application services at companies like Netlify, Fly.io, and Observable. Known as an adaptable generalist, he excels at translating between clients, product teams, and engineers to deliver practical, reliable solutions under pressure. His track record spans everything from early web development and CTO responsibilities to production SRE at high-traffic platforms, and he deliberately avoids chasing every new shiny tool in favor of durable, maintainable systems.
