Top SchoolMatt Cloyd is a multidisciplinary technologist and facilitator with 11 years of experience helping organizations navigate change, resolve conflict, and translate policy into practical digital services. He blends hands-on web and product development (Ruby/Python, DevOps) with organizational consulting and mediation, having built civic-facing tools for planners and translated zoning law into code. Matt has worked in government-adjacent tech at 18F and regional planning, led community consensus processes, and earned an advanced certificate in conflict resolution—skills he now applies to values-driven ventures from urban birding tours to small food businesses. Known for turning complex, contested problems into actionable, user-focused solutions, he pairs technical craft with a knack for teaching and storytelling that helps people see systems differently.
