Top SchoolMatt Elen is a Head of Frontend Engineering based in London with 10 years building full‑stack web products across RegTech, fintech, marketing and advertising. He leads frontend teams at Suade Labs, shaping a Vue.js/Vite-driven SaaS UX while owning CI/CD, testing and developer experience. A hands-on engineer who progressed from developer to leader, he also founded TrainFinder, a greenfield Vue.js app that demonstrates his ability to take a product from idea to app stores and manage its serverless AWS infrastructure. Skilled in SEO and PHP as well as modern JavaScript, he blends product sensibility with mentoring and recruitment experience. Notably, he balances mission‑driven RegTech work with entrepreneurial side projects that surface real user pain points.
