Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatt Fielding is a Lead Interaction Designer with nine years focused on user-centred service and interaction design across complex public-sector programmes, currently shaping the National Care Records Service at NHS England. He blends hands-on design leadership with consulting experience at Hippo, driving identity, security and service design work for GOV.UK One Login, NHS services and adult social care. Comfortable operating across discovery to delivery, he has repeatedly led designops and cross-agency projects—often on emotionally sensitive services such as baby loss documentation and large-scale health verification. A founder-turned-principal consultant, he pairs technical roots in web development and accessible Drupal builds with a pragmatic approach to policy-facing digital services. Based in Bradford, he brings a rare mix of product-level strategy, delivery grit and deep public-sector domain experience.
