Top SchoolMatt Goedtel is a senior content publisher and infrastructure-focused consultant with over a decade of experience translating complex cloud and hybrid IT operations into practical guidance and runnable samples for enterprise customers. At Microsoft he has driven documentation, sample code, and Agile delivery for Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Monitor, Arc, and System Center products—helping shift IT from reactive support to strategic business enabler across finance, healthcare, retail, and government. His background blends hands-on architecture, custom development (PowerShell, VBScript), and ITSM process design informed by ITIL/MOF certifications, giving him a rare mix of technical depth and operational discipline. Matt frequently bridges engineering, product, and content teams to improve adoption and reduce support load, and has stepped into program-level roles such as redesigning an air-gapped marketing site and supporting federal program management outside his core remit. Based in Easton, Pennsylvania, he combines practitioner-led documentation with measurable impact on product adoption and operational excellence.
