Top SchoolMatt Grey is a Senior Product Designer based in London with 11 years’ experience crafting user-centred digital products, design systems, and bespoke typefaces for startups and enterprise clients across finance, retail, healthcare and travel. He blends hands-on UX/UI and service design with design system architecture and accessibility expertise, having led system-wide initiatives that improved delivery, consistency and developer handoff at companies like ClearScore and Dojo. As a founder of a type foundry and creative studio, he brings rare typographic and visual-identity depth to product work, shipping everything from icon sets to token-based global design systems. Comfortable leading teams and consultancies, he has a track record of launching first-to-market features (eg. Tap to Pay on iPhone) and scaling design operations while aligning them to business OKRs. Known for bridging design and code, he routinely collaborates on front-end components and documentation to make design implementation frictionless.
