Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMatt Hink is a senior full-stack software engineer with 14 years of experience building and operating high-performance web applications, currently based in Seattle. He has shipped production systems across startups and larger platforms—from Amazon Marketplace financial reporting to fast-growing teams at CloudKitchens, Formidable, and recent senior roles at Duranta, Olympian AI, and Eight Sleep. Equally comfortable in front-end detail work and backend scalability, he brings a front-end sensibility rooted in craftsmanship (coffee-fueled attention to UX) together with deep experience in Java, Ruby on Rails, and modern web stacks. Known for obsessing over details and pragmatic delivery, he thrives in environments that require both shipping features quickly and maintaining operational excellence.
