Top SchoolMatt Hosack is a backend engineer with 13 years of experience building reliable, maintainable systems for audio and content platforms, currently focused at ai|coustics after leading core tooling at Ableton and Dolby. He is a Python specialist and pragmatic polyglot—production experience spans Go, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript and experimental work in Zig—who enjoys stepping full‑stack when it speeds delivery. At Ableton he owned the internal CI platform and created a widely used search index across 20 years of content, improving developer productivity and customer support; at Dolby he led encoding and SDK efforts used by major streaming services. He excels at turning ambiguous problems into incremental, testable solutions and at creating positive team momentum, candidly admitting gaps and then owning the deep technical work to close them. Dual US‑Swiss citizenship and Berlin residency give him flexibility to work across the US, EU, or Switzerland.
