Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatt Paladino is a seasoned technology and sales engineering leader with more than two decades of experience building and guiding high-performing teams across digital platforms, professional services, and product-led sales. Currently a Technical Sales Consultant for SLED at Pantheon, he previously led sales engineering across the West and managed solutions teams that translate complex customer requirements into executable contracts and measurable KPIs. His background spans hands-on technical leadership (CIO, Director of Technology) and executive roles at startups and agencies, giving him a rare blend of product, delivery, and commercial acumen. Based in Phoenix, Matt is equally comfortable in the boardroom negotiating deals and coaching solution architects to design scalable web experiences. Notably, he has a track record of moving between technical delivery and go-to-market functions, which helps bridge gaps between engineering, sales, and customers. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic strategy that aligns technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
