Top SchoolMatt Palmerlee is a hands-on Fractional CTO and Principal Engineer with 15 years of experience turning ambitious product visions into scalable cloud and AI-enabled systems. He has repeatedly led technical turnarounds—driving a tenfold revenue boost at Betterleap and tripling transaction volume at EasyKnock—by combining pragmatic architecture, data/ML pipelines, and strong team leadership. Comfortable in both CEO-board conversations and the codebase, he ships production-ready microservices and real-time platforms using TypeScript, Python, NestJS/Vue, and Google Cloud. Currently building an emergency-response aerial mapping platform, he blends domain expertise in GIS with high-stakes reliability engineering. Known for aligning stakeholder needs with technical tradeoffs, he’s as likely to sketch product requirements with a CFO as to unblock an engineering sprint.
