Top SchoolMatt Pilott is a creative engineer and front-end specialist with over a decade of experience blending product design, UI craft and hands-on development. As Managing Director of UI Loco and Lead Product Designer at Philips, he bridges strategic product leadership with pixel-level execution, currently focusing on modern front-end stacks like Svelte and design workflows in Figma. His background ranges from agency creative direction to in-house product teams, giving him a rare mix of client-facing storytelling and technical delivery. Based in England, he consistently ships refined user interfaces and design systems while running a small studio, and he brings a maker’s curiosity—coffee, cycling and sketching often fuel his iterative design process.
